With three generations of family homebuilding and land development experience, The McCaffrey Group is a family-owned company with deep roots in our community. Over 30 years ago, Bob and Karen McCaffrey, joined her father, John Bonadelle, a pioneer in the local home building industry, to build homes for families in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Built on a foundation of quality homes and desirable communities, the tradition continues today with the addition of Bob and Karen's son and daughter, Brent and Lauren, to the company.

Today, having built thousands of homes, The McCaffrey Group has earned the trust and respect of homeowners year after year.
