One Year Fit & Finish Warranty Service Request Guidelines

To help us serve you with faster and more efficient service, we suggest that you submit one service request every three months as indicated by the chart below, if needed. Submitting one service request each quarter, could perhaps lessen the number of service appointments at your home and require less of your time.

As part of our commitment to service, we offer a 30-day post closing visit with a McCaffrey Construction Professional and a complimentary eleven month touch-up visit for normal items like nail pops, drywall, grout and tile separations. These visits are dedicated to helping you learn about your new home while helping us ensure that all of your warranty needs are being addressed. And you have the comfort of knowing that McCaffrey Homes will be there for you even after you’ve moved into your home.
Remember, your Limited Warranty does not cover damage to bathtubs, sinks, windows, mirrors and cabinets unless noted at the New Home Orientation Tour.
